Iqbal College Trust was founded in the year 1964 and was registered as a public, charitable and educational trust (Reg. No. 3/1964) with its headquarters at Peringammala, Nedumangad Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala State. The Trust and its Educational Institutions are named after the great patriot, philosopher and educationalist, Sir. Dr. ALLAMA MOHAMMED IQBAL the ‘Poet of the East’ who composed the famous patriotic poem :

“Sarejahan se achcha, Hindustan hamara…….”

As a leading Educational agency in South Kerala, the Trust has established a chain of Educational Institutions from the basic pre-primary to post graduate and professional Education. All the Institutions have won fame and glory as centres of excellence with good academic heritage.
